OUR IDEA OF OWNERSHIP//

The reward for being an owner is not having more of a say but working harder to bring in more business for the company. An owner is separate from a job title, as the owner of the company is paid separately as an employee first and then paid as an owner second. Employees are held to a standard of doing the job and innovating within the job. Ownership is expected to run the jobs and bring in more work for jobs. Want to become an owner? Bring in more work, run more teams, and operate outside of your job description towards helping the company grow. Simple as that.

TITLES CAN BE OVERCOME//

The line item in the job description, “any tasks as assigned,” is not here. However, if you want to be promoted, do more than what is on your job description consistently and point that our to your manager. Doing more consistently should be rewarded with more compensation.
