MEET UPS//

Our team meets 4 times a year locally for a team activity. Team activities can include lunch, dinner, activities or a combination of them. You will see a message posted one a quarter asking for ideas and feedback on what is presented. The goal of these meet ups is to come together and celebrate our work, catch up about personal life accomplishments, and set the goal’s and reveal updates about where the company is heading.

QUARTERLY IDEAS/GOALS MESSAGE//

The CEO/Owner of the company will post a quarterly message on our main staff message board to update the team on how we did on previous quarterly goals, set new quarterly goals, and define a specific focus for the quarter. All team members are required to focus and engage (in your own way) with the message.
